Patented HRSSG™ Technology
Wenverter's patented HRSSG™ technology integrates long-duration thermal storage using non-circulating phase change materials and eliminates thermal conductivity barriers during the retrieval of thermal energy. This technology is specifically designed for applications with solid oxide electrolysis cells or methane pyrolysis, enabling efficient production of green hydrogen and ammonia.
Furthermore, Wenverter’s HRSSG™ technology enhances the flexibility and efficiency of combined cycle plants. Traditional combined cycle plants rely on fossil fuels to heat the steam turbines, resulting in unnecessary carbon emissions in order to achieve fast-startups. By providing carbon-free solutions for fast-startups (flexibility) and improved fuel economy (efficiency), the HRSSG™ technology optimizes the new operational role of the combined cycle plants in the intermittent renewable energy landscape.
